The FCC's chief enforcement officer privately offered to help Chairman Brendan Carr target Disney over a Jimmy Kimmel monologue, internal records obtained by WIRED show. The records show the enforcement chief proposed regulatory actions against Disney-owned ABC after Kimmel made critical comments about political figures.
