Anthropic unifies Claude chat and Cowork for Enterprise customers Image: Primary
Anthropic announced on Oct. 23 that Enterprise customers can use Claude chat and Cowork in one conversation across web, desktop and mobile. Tasks that require code execution or file work move into an isolated cloud sandbox managed by Anthropic, which returns the finished work for review. The service moves back to chat when agent work is no longer needed. Administrators can find the offering under "Chat and Cowork unified." It is off by default for existing organizations, with Anthropic scheduling the default to switch on Nov. 16.
