# ByteDance reportedly folds Trae and Coze into Doubao as it plans workplace AI product

Bloomberg reported that ByteDance is merging its Trae coding platform and Coze agent-building tool into Doubao. The company also plans to launch Doubao Work to compete with Tencent's WorkBuddy, according to the report. The consolidation would bring two AI developer products under ByteDance's Doubao brand.
