Perplexity's Personal Computer feature has expanded to Windows 10 and Windows 11 through the company's desktop app, ZDNET reported. The paid-plan feature can access local files, use native Windows applications, and connect to cloud services including OneDrive, Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox. In testing, it completed document summarization and drafted email replies, though file-conversion tasks required permissions and user input to overcome obstacles.
