TEKEVER announced on September 1 that it had acquired UK aerospace engineering company Flowcopter, whose hydraulic propulsion technology has supplied the company's AR6 heavy-lift autonomous aircraft program. Flowcopter's Edinburgh operation will continue under the TEKEVER brand. The transaction brings propulsion engineering alongside TEKEVER's autonomy and mission systems, reducing its reliance on an external supplier for the AR6 architecture. The companies did not disclose the transaction value.
