Northampton Capital Partners and Provident Data Centers formed a joint venture to develop a 54MW data center in the North Dallas Corridor. The partners expect the facility to come online in late 2027, but did not disclose its exact location. They also agreed a framework for additional inference-ready data center sites in U.S. markets. Northampton said it has about $1.1 billion in assets under management, while Provident is the data-center arm of Dallas-based real estate developer Provident.
