OpenAI says ChatGPT Pro users in the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the UK will not receive its new Dots agents for now, The Next Web reported in an update to its launch coverage. Business Premium users can access Dots in all supported ChatGPT regions.

Each agent runs on its own cloud computer and can work across connected apps. Its background research uses those apps in read-only mode, so it cannot send messages or change content while doing that work. The rollout also includes a beta for Enterprise, Edu and Healthcare users whose workspace administrators enable it.
