Atlassian integrates Flexera asset data into Jira service workflows

Atlassian integrates Flexera asset data into Jira service workflows Image: Primary
Atlassian says its expanded partnership with Flexera brings hardware and software asset data into Service Collection, including Jira Service Management and Assets. The integration adds Technopedia metadata covering product lifecycle status, end-of-life dates, support milestones, application categories and manufacturers. Flexera discovers, inventories and normalizes assets, then enriches them with that metadata. Atlassian links the information to teams, code, tickets and business services through its Teamwork Graph. Service teams and AI agents can use this context to assess change risks, investigate incidents and reclaim software without leaving Jira Service Management.
