Microsoft released the Windows 11 25H2 annual feature update, the company announced. The update adds support for Wi-Fi 7 in corporate environments and introduces AI functions in File Explorer, according to the source text. Microsoft said switching to the new version is as easy as rebooting by using Enablement Packages that activate already installed components. The Snipping Tool can now record window videos, and the click-to-do function offers new selection options including free-form, rectangular, and multi-select via the Ctrl key. An AI agent for Windows settings and the click-to-do AI features are reserved for Copilot+ PCs. Microsoft also removed Windows PowerShell 2.0 and the WMIC tool.
