American Fusion Inc. (OTC: AMFN) announced July 9 it has begun operations at a new temporary engineering facility in North Texas as construction continues on its permanent headquarters nearby. The relocation marks the first phase of the company's transition from Midland to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where it expects to benefit from expanded engineering resources and a skilled workforce. The company said construction of its permanent engineering headquarters, fabrication shop, and research laboratory should be completed within weeks. Preparations for the Texatron Fusion Engine testing program are underway, with procurement of specialized equipment and testing hardware nearing completion. Management plans to initiate additional testing activities during July and August 2026, subject to facility readiness and approvals. The company also said it has filed eighteen additional U.S. patent applications since July 1, covering aspects of its Texatron platform including confinement device architectures, reactor designs, and fuel injection systems.
