Traws Pharma files resale registration tied to $50,000,000 equity facility

Traws Pharma filed an SEC registration statement on October 26 covering resale of up to 135,135,135 common shares by Roth Principal Investments. The clinical-stage drug developer may receive up to $50,000,000 in aggregate gross proceeds, subject to limitations, from selling shares to Roth under an October 23 purchase agreement. Traws controls the timing and amount of those sales and had sold none under the agreement as of the prospectus date. The registration remains preliminary; Traws would receive no proceeds from Roth's subsequent resales.
