NTT Data has opened its 12MW Jakarta 2 Annex Data Center in Indonesia, adding capacity for hyperscale, enterprise and high-density workloads. The seven-story facility covers 5,800 square meters and supports rack densities of up to 40kW.

Alongside the opening, NTT launched APN Connect, a service linking JKT2A with its JKT3 facility through an optical network. NTT says the connection provides low latency and allows real-time data synchronization between the two facilities.
