Meta said it now lets developers use their chosen AI coding agent to set up and manage WhatsApp Business messaging. Its new WhatsApp Business Tools MCP server connects agents including Claude, Cursor, Codex and ChatGPT to the platform. Meta said agents can create a business account, verify a phone number, register Cloud API access, work with message templates, test webhooks and monitor configuration issues.
