Roblox's daily active users fell 9% last quarter and bookings dropped 12% as the gaming company faced growing pains after introducing tougher child-safety measures, Bloomberg reported.

CEO David Baszucki said the platform had seen an explosion of AI-fueled content in the last three months, even as those business measures declined.
