Mesa School of Business said it has raised ₹110 crore to expand its programmes and invest in curriculum that teaches students to use AI. The financing comprises approximately ₹85 crore in Series A equity co-led by Dharana Capital and Elevation Capital, plus ₹25 crore in venture debt from InnoVen Capital and Alteria Capital.

The Bengaluru school plans to strengthen its leadership team, develop programme design and delivery capabilities, and expand startup partnerships offering projects, mentorship and job opportunities. Founded in 2023, Mesa serves over 550 students across three residential programmes, where students build businesses and use AI to launch technology products.
