Apple made its redesigned Health app available in the iOS 27.3 developer beta, adding at-home movement evaluations and broader language support. Apple says the evaluations use an iPhone camera and Apple Watch to assess flexibility, strength, balance and movement mechanics with real-time feedback.

The company says the vision models run entirely on the device, with no video recorded, stored or shared. A new Health Age feature uses Apple Watch metrics to compare health indicators with chronological age. The free public update is due later this year, and requires Apple Intelligence-enabled hardware.
