Tesla will wind down Cybertruck production at Gigafactory Texas around the middle of next year to make room for increased Cybercab production, Elon Musk said in a November 6 post quoted by New Atlas.

The Cybertruck began rolling out in 2023 and registered 1,914 U.S. sales in October 2026. It had accumulated 10 recalls by October 2025 for serious design and function issues, including an accelerator pedal that could become stuck at maximum.
