Minnesota's Judicial Branch says a cybersecurity incident at technology vendor Thomson Reuters Court Management Solutions exposed some backup data shared with the vendor.

The branch said the incident involved the Minnesota Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Tax Court, and the executive-branch Office of Administrative Hearings. Court systems and networks continued operating normally, and officials said case documents were not part of the breach. State officials are reviewing the exposed data to determine what information was compromised and what action is needed.
