Chainalysis said hackers obtained names, usernames, password hashes and live tokens for all its users following a breach of its network security. The blockchain analysis firm's customers include the FBI, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the US Air Force, Microsoft, Coinbase and Barclays.

The company previously said an attacker used AI agent-assisted techniques to access its systems and internal tools in October. In a Wednesday update, it also described an attack that intercepted traffic and exposed a subset of customer passwords, saying it had identified and fixed that attack vector. Whether the theft exposed customers to additional threats remains unclear.
