Apple Music is experiencing its second service disruption in two weeks, with some users reporting intermittent issues accessing the streaming service.

Apple's System Status page confirmed the outage began around 2:38 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, noting that "some users may be experiencing intermittent issues." Reports on Downdetector suggest the outage is trending downward, indicating the service may be returning to normal.

Last week, Apple Music suffered an outage that began at 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursday and continued intermittently until 12:00 p.m. ET on Friday.

The cause of the current disruption remains unknown. Apple has not provided additional details about what is causing the issues or when full service will be restored.

Apple Music requires an active subscription, with plans starting at $10.99 per month after a one-month free trial.
