Vercel and Cloudflare have added Jev, software intended to make AI agents' tool selection faster and cheaper, Forbes reported. It handles decisions such as which tool to call next, whether to retry and whether a command is safe to run. Developer TypeSafe says Jev matches GPT-5.6 and Sonnet 5 on workflow evaluations.
