# Vercel opens beta for automated Turborepo code checks

Vercel has opened its CI service in beta, letting Turborepo users mark tasks to run automatically on every code push. CI runs checks on code changes before developers proceed with their work.

The service runs only tasks affected by a change, caches task results through Vercel Remote Cache, installs dependencies once per run and caches dependencies across updates. Vercel says its internal repositories saw waits from code push to passing checks become 2-6x shorter. That comparison comes from the company's own repositories.
