T-Mobile introduced a 5 Gbps home fiber internet tier this week for $90 a month with AutoPay, Tom's Hardware reports. The plan raises the service's previous maximum speed of 2 Gbps and includes symmetrical upload and download speeds, a Fiber gateway and a mesh Wi-Fi extender.

The tier carries a 10-year price guarantee. That guarantee excludes taxes and fees, voluntary equipment or speed upgrades, select limited-time promotions, per-use charges, third-party services and network management practices. Service depends on access to T-Mobile's fiber footprint.
