Salesforce expands Missionforce with planned OpenAI integration

Salesforce announced new Missionforce capabilities for government agencies and a partnership to integrate OpenAI frontier models through Salesforce Government Cloud and Amazon Bedrock. The company said Missionforce applications and workflows will also be available through ChatGPT for authorized government and national-security personnel. A new Policy Engine is intended to convert approved policy documents into deterministic rules, with human review required before deployment. Salesforce said availability varies by region and customer agreement, while pricing and packaging remain subject to change.
