The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit partially reversed a ruling that had upheld DJI's inclusion on the Pentagon's Section 1260H list of Chinese military companies. The panel said the district judge had not examined classified evidence behind the government's claim that DJI contributes to China's defense industrial base. DJI remains on the list while the case returns to the lower court. The panel rejected DJI's other arguments, and a separate June listing rests on new rationales.
