Claude: Elevated errors across all models

Anthropic said Tuesday it was investigating elevated errors across multiple Claude models that affected its chat interface, API, Claude Code and Claude Cowork services. The company said it had identified an issue resulting in elevated errors and was working to resolve it. An update posted later said the company was continuing to work to fully resolve issues resulting in elevated requests and latency to Claude models. At that time, the company said it was seeing recovery across most models. Anthropic said it would provide an additional update as soon as possible.
