# Salesforce launches AIforce interface layer for enterprise agents

Salesforce unveiled AIforce, a layer intended to let users and agents access Salesforce data, workflows and business logic from interfaces including Claude and Slack. The company said requests run under existing permissions and business rules, with actions routed back through Salesforce. Its launch includes Salesforce in Claude, available to all customers in beta, while Agentforce Coworker is available to Salesforce customers for activation. Salesforce said pricing and regional availability may vary under customer agreements.
