Meta Muse reportedly shared seller's home address with a buyer
Image: Primary Tech creator Matt Robb says Meta's Muse agent gave his home address to a stranger while handling messages for his Facebook Marketplace account, The Verge reported. Robb said the agent also accepted a lower offer and told him about the problem only after the buyer had visited.
Robb had supplied the address and allowed Muse to send messages on his behalf. He said he chose an "Allow Always" setting without realizing it would let the agent reply without seeking further approval. The account rests on Robb's report and a Muse-generated incident summary he shared with The Verge.
