# Amazon Bedrock adds native Salesforce and Zendesk knowledge connectors

AWS has added native Salesforce and Zendesk connectors to Amazon Bedrock Managed Knowledge Base. Customers can now sync Salesforce knowledge articles, along with Zendesk articles and community posts, into the service for use by AI assistants.

The connectors crawl content, extract metadata and sync changes after customers provide their instance credentials. Previously, bringing content from those platforms into Bedrock Knowledge Bases required custom ingestion pipelines. The change gives teams building support and sales assistants a direct way to use knowledge they already maintain in those systems.
