Estonian startup Roleo has raised €2.9 million to expand its AI career service across Europe and develop its product. Practica Capital led the round, with participation from Inventure, bringing total funding to €3.46 million.

The service learns technology professionals' experience and preferences, finds opportunities and connects them with employers when both sides are interested, without requiring a job application. It is free for professionals, who control their visibility, personal information and whether to pursue an opportunity.
