President Donald Trump said he will form an "AI Force" and announce an AI czar in the near future.

In posts on Truth Social, Trump said his administration would support AI industry growth while rejecting AI-safety concerns. He compared the planned body to the Space Force but did not describe its duties, authority, membership or timetable. The announcement is a proposal rather than an established agency or operating program.

David Sacks, previously the administration's AI and crypto czar, stepped down earlier this year, according to the report.
