Forget prompts: Claude can now learn your workflow by watching your screen
Image: Primary Anthropic announced a new feature called Teach Claude a skill that lets users record their screen and narrate a task for Claude to learn and reuse workflows.
The feature is designed to reduce repetitive prompting for recurring tasks like reports, spreadsheets, and file organization. It is rolling out now to Claude Pro, Max, and Team subscribers through the Claude desktop app's Cowork interface. Users can access the feature by opening Claude on their laptop, going to Cowork, clicking the + button in the chat box, and selecting Record a Skill under the Add files or photos menu.
