Counterpoint Research reported that Chinese memory-chip maker CXMT held a 10% share of the global DRAM market in the second quarter, up two percentage points from the prior quarter and 4% a year earlier, according to Herald Business.

The article said Samsung led with 38%, while SK hynix fell four percentage points to 25%; Micron and CXMT each added two points. CXMT also announced mass production of LPDDR6, the report said.
