xpander.ai made its enterprise AI-agent platform and prebuilt Omni agent generally available and announced a $7.5 million seed round led by Pico Venture Partners. The company says its vendor-neutral control plane can run agents across models, frameworks and infrastructure while providing permissions, logging, identity controls and self-deployment options. xpander's claims of framework neutrality and its reported GAIA score have not been independently validated, and its proprietary control plane may itself create migration dependence.
