Veralto has agreed to acquire Cleanwater1 for $465 million in cash, adding on-site hypochlorite disinfection, solids-management and odor-filtration systems to its Water Quality segment. Cleanwater1 has about 25,000 installed units across municipal drinking water, wastewater and industrial applications, according to the announcement. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Veralto said the business generated about $135 million in sales in the 12 months ended June 30.
