Accenture declared a quarterly dividend of $1.71 per share, a 5% increase from its fiscal 2026 quarterly rate, and plans to return at least $9.5 billion to shareholders in fiscal 2027. The company reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $74.18 billion, up 6% in U.S. dollars, and free cash flow of $11.62 billion. Fourth-quarter revenue reached $18.68 billion, exceeding its guidance range of $17.75 billion to $18.40 billion. For fiscal 2027, Accenture expects local-currency revenue growth of 3% to 6% and free cash flow of $11.0 billion to $11.8 billion.
