# Putting frontier cyber models in more trusted hands

OpenAI announced Sunday it is expanding its Daybreak Cyber Partner Program to bring its frontier cyber models to security partners protecting organizations worldwide. The company said the expansion aims to close a growing defense gap as attackers identify vulnerabilities and develop exploits with increasing speed and scale.

The program includes leading security and services partners such as Accenture, IBM, Capgemini, Cognizant, EY, KPMG, PwC, NCC Group, and SpecterOps. Technology partners include Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Cisco, Sophos, Akamai, Fortinet, and Cloudflare. OpenAI said these partners bring deep security expertise and established relationships with organizations around the world.

Approved partners can access Daybreak Blue or Daybreak Red through Daybreak Access depending on their needs. Daybreak Blue supports a broad range of defensive security workflows while Daybreak Red is designed for more specialized, closely governed work including red teaming and penetration testing. OpenAI said the program gives organizations a practical way to benefit from frontier cyber models without having to build and run their own specialized cyber AI programs.
