# Reactiv automates scheduled Shopify app updates with three-agent system

Reactiv has put a three-agent system into production that prepares scheduled updates for Shopify merchants' mobile apps, according to an AWS case study. Merchants describe a task in natural language, while separate agents analyze store data and generate a validated app configuration for review.

Reactiv said the system cut configuration work from 17 hours to 3 hours, reduced scheduled-job execution from more than 10 minutes to approximately 5 minutes and saves nearly $6,000 a year in compute costs. Nothing is published without merchant approval, and the measurements are internal.
