Thrive Holdings raises $2 billion for AI deployment businesses
Image: Primary Thrive Holdings has raised $2 billion at a $12 billion valuation from investors including SoftBank, D1 Capital Partners and Altimeter Capital.
The Thrive Capital spinout buys traditional businesses and implements AI in their workflows, with platforms in accounting and information technology. OpenAI took an ownership stake in Thrive Holdings in December 2025 and agreed to send employees to help its companies accelerate AI adoption. Thrive says the new funding will also support a regulatory-services platform for physical assets, including work tied to approvals, documentation and compliance tracking.
