York Space Systems has finalized the acquisition of satellite communications terminal and multi-network connectivity provider ALL.SPACE for an approximate total purchase price of $300 million, including about $155 million in cash and 5.9 million shares of York common stock. York said Wednesday ALL.SPACE will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary, bringing jam-resistant satellite communications terminal technology designed for contested environments. The acquisition combines York's space infrastructure and mission operations capabilities with ALL.SPACE's multi-link satellite communications terminals to provide resilient communications and positioning in space, land, air and maritime domains. York CEO Dirk Wallinger said future unmanned operations will require an integrated system for communications, coordination and execution built on space-based infrastructure to operate in GPS-denied and contested environments. Their combined capabilities are designed to support communications, coordination and mission execution for warfighters, including unmanned systems operating at scale. The transaction completes an acquisition announced in May and follows York's purchase of Orbion Space Technology in March, continuing the company's strategy of expanding its space mission capabilities through acquisitions spanning propulsion, communications and mission operations.
