CleanSpark said Friday that its Sandersville data center project in Georgia is fully funded through completion following the closing of $2.276 billion in senior secured notes. The project is expected to generate approximately $6.6 billion in contracted revenue over its initial lease term under an agreement with a Meta subsidiary.

The company also discontinued monthly operational updates and shifted to quarterly reporting as its focus expands from Bitcoin mining to data center development. At September's end, CleanSpark had a contracted power portfolio of 1.8 gigawatts, of which 808 megawatts was utilized.
