Anthropic commits $100 million to Claude engineer training academy

Anthropic commits $100 million to Claude engineer training academy Image: Primary
Anthropic launched Claude Frontier Academy on October 2 with a $100 million commitment and a goal of training 10,000 engineers by the end of 2027. Initial cohorts are running in San Francisco, New York and London, with participants from organizations including Accenture, Deloitte and Morgan Stanley. Engineers complete an in-person simulated enterprise deployment and practical assessment before a 12-week residency leading a Claude project at their own organization. Anthropic engineers support that work. Participation requires organizational nomination, and the company expects the first final credentials in early 2027.
