Trading Technologies International has acquired TRAFiX, adding equities and equity options order and execution management systems to its trading technology business. Financial terms were not disclosed.

TRAFiX serves more than 200 customers and connects to more than 100 trading venues. The planned integration would combine its systems with TT's existing futures, foreign exchange, fixed income and cryptocurrency coverage, bringing trading, risk management, regulatory reporting and compliance workflows into a more unified platform.
