# Anthropic opens Claude Code cloud sessions to eligible subscribers

Anthropic has made Claude Code cloud sessions available to eligible subscribers without requiring enrollment in its research preview, BleepingComputer reports. The sessions run coding tasks on Anthropic's infrastructure, allowing work to continue after a user's computer is turned off. The service was previously available to some users through the preview.

Anthropic is offering eligible Pro subscribers $100 in promotional cloud-session credits and Max subscribers $250. The offer applies to individual subscribers whose plans were active when the promotion began on September 23. Users must claim it by October 7; unused credits expire November 4. Once the credits run out, cloud sessions count against normal plan limits.
