# GCubed acquires RDTS to expand federal IT and cybersecurity business

GCubed Enterprises acquired RightDirection Technology Solutions, adding federal IT and cybersecurity contracts, agency relationships and cleared personnel. RDTS will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary.

GCubed said the acquisition broadens its federal customer relationships and strengthens its ability to compete for larger mission-critical programs. RDTS will retain its prime contracts, past performance credentials and customer relationships. The company said existing contracts, employees and ongoing work will continue without interruption.
