Unitree lists on Shanghai's STAR Market, report says

Early Unitree Investor Warns of Embodied AI Bubble: Only Three of Twenty Future Robot Companies May Thrive Image: Primary
Unitree Robotics listed on China's STAR Market on Aug. 19 and reached a first-day market capitalization of 450 billion yuan, according to Finance Biggo. The report describes the company as the first humanoid-robot stock on China's A-share market. Rongyi Investment founding partner Huang Jinping, an early Unitree investor, said the rush of capital into embodied AI has created bubble risks and projected that only a small share of future robot companies may prosper. He said Unitree's earlier development of core components in-house helped it control costs when its supply chain was less mature.
