SK hynix is in talks with Intel about potential U.S. memory-chip manufacturing, including leasing space at Intel's Ohio One site or creating a venture with Intel and AI hyperscalers, Reuters reported. SK hynix said it is reviewing options for additional production bases but that nothing has been decided; Intel called the report speculation. Intel expects Ohio One to come online between 2030 and 2031.
