MoonPay has acquired Rhythm, an onchain trading platform, bringing its technology and three co-founders into the company. Rhythm combines asset-discovery signals with automation, trade execution and risk-management tools for crypto markets. The deal follows MoonPay Labs' 2025 investment in Rhythm and adds those functions to MoonPay's existing payments, trading, stablecoin and onchain-infrastructure business. The source says MoonPay serves more than 30 million customers in 180 countries and over 1,500 enterprise clients.
