Google said on Aug. 21 that it is introducing Gemini in Waymo vehicles. The company said riders will be able to select a Gemini icon on the in-car screen and use voice commands for temperature, seating and route assistance, including requests for nearby coffee shops. The announcement is a company claim and does not specify rollout timing, geography or vehicle coverage.
