SAP puts four cloud ERP migration assistants into early customer use

SAP puts four cloud ERP migration assistants into early customer use Image: Primary
SAP said four migration and modernization assistants are now available to early adopter customers and supporting live projects to move enterprise resource planning systems to its cloud. The tools cover data management, testing, custom code and business configuration. The data assistant prioritizes quality problems and helps correct them; AkzoNobel is using it during its ERP consolidation. The testing assistant generates cases for execution through SAP Test Automation by Tricentis. Other assistants apply available code fixes and business configurations, with the configuration tool maintaining an audit trail. Access remains limited to early adopters, while assistants for system analysis, project management and regional rollouts are planned.
